Close to the beach. Big family room booked which we were unable to change to smaller room. But great balcony views

Bins not emptied throughout the duration of the stay 4 days. Room not cleaned either during that time. Lift out of order however staff helped with luggage

Loved the view from the balcony overlooking fields and palms at the back. The room was so comfortable and clean and everything worked perfectly. Staff were lovely and helpful and location is great!

I stayed here recently and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The room was clean, but the stay was overpriced for what it offered. At night, we requested a water bottle, but were told they were out of stock. We had to go out and buy one ourselves. It's frustrating when basic amenities like water aren't available, especially when paying a premium rate. While the cleanliness was good, the high price tag didn’t match the level of service or convenience. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the pricing becomes more reasonable.

Very friendly owners and staff, I am very tall and 120kg Super King size bed with a great mattress very comfortable, we had a few short power cuts whilst 90% were in darkness these guys have back up power so we had lights fans and showers. Highly recommend

Very comfortable and spacious rooms, just about the right distance from the noisy market street but around the corner from the beach and anything you need. Staff was very accommodating. Palolem beach with additional bar options within walking distance (or a very quick ride).
