Great location, very nice owners, great bed and good airco. Hot shower.

Nothing to dislike

Our host was very nice and helped us with anything we needed, recommended best local food place, and even went with us to the train station just to check the times of departure for next day. Check in at 3 am was also no problem. Perfect start into the vacation!

The host was nice but couldn‘t speak a lot of english. The location is good if you want to visit the negombo beach.

There was mold in the bathroom and over all it didn‘t look like the pictures. Needs renovation.

They have a mosquito net above the bed, the room is big and the hosts a friendly, close to the beach

Bathroom is pretty dirty, don’t have enough working outlets

Super dirt everywhere, not clean, full of mosquitos, not enough electrical plugs, they barely speak any English

Air conditioning in the room is very poor, and bed matraz was very thin, and not so comfy

It's a nice and comfortable place to stay. There is a lovely family taking care of it, nice breakfast, good AC, comfortable bed, great location with everything nearby. We were very happy we stayed there at the beginning of our trip.

Hosts are really welcoming and kind. We arrived at 5:30 am and host was waiting for us. Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioning works well. Breakfast is tasty. Location is really close to the beach - around 5 minutes walk. Also you can find many restaurants and markets around.

You may get diferent amount of food for breakfast on diferent days and also food may be cold if you wake up late.
