Patogi lokacija, geras kainos ir kokybes santykis, kasdien tvarkomos bendro naudojimo patalpos, arti jūra, Basanavičiaus gatvė.

Kadangi pastatas visai šalia gatvės ir mūsų langai buvo į gatvės pusę - naktį girdėdavosi šiek tiek triukšmo, bet ne pastoviai, tai nebuvo per didelė problema.
