Gera lokacija , švarūs kambariai, tualetai ir dušai.

Labai prasta garso izoliacija, nebuvo lėkščių sriubai valgyti, viryklė vos veikia. Kieme daug laisvos vietos, bet apmokestino automobilį.

Рядом ботанический сад, центр города, магазины.

Утром очередь в уборные комнаты, иногда кухня оказывается плотно занята. Плохая звукоизоляция дверей, слышно все, что за ней происходит.
