Divisi Suites & SPA

We stayed in the premium suite, so spacious, comfortable, exceptionally clean. Reception area was manned for several hrs till lunch time, however, WhatsApp communications throughout the day, was great with prompt responses/efficient and informative. The apartment is a perfect location for all the historical sites being a very short walk away.

Asides from no obviously accessible lift to the first floor where the suites are (I have a bad back and knees), the only other tiny thing would be the breakfast choice was a bit limiting, fine if staying for a few nights, but may be a little boring for several days. Would also suggest a kettle in the rooms so can make your own tea/coffee without having to go to the dinning room/lounge.

Location great, in a stunning building, down a cobbled old Palermo street. Rooms were huge, breakfast simple and lovely and team super on hand and helpful. Highly recommend.

The property and rooms were beautiful. Also great amenities, shower, bed, and breakfast. Francesco was also great! He arranged transportation to the airport and was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was great. Although the location was excellent, and close to many local restaurants and sites, it can get noisy at night.

Location, size of room, shower and comfort. Also had a large room where you had breakfast and they was always coffee and tea available with comfortable chairs and sofas.

We had two rooms one was very good with plenty of drawers the other room needed more drawers.

An amazing stay, a very tranquil place in the middle of a bustling city. The room was huge, the bathroom was great, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were happy to help with anything we needed and gave us lots of recommendations for our trip.
