Beautiful big room, great location and a very nice breakfast in a stunning dining room.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days in Palermo and at the Divisi Suites. The location was perfect and we loved our accommodations - the room was clean and spacious. What made the stay extra special was Carlotta at the front desk. She was personable and helpful and greeted us every morning with a warm smile. Carlotta also provided us with the best restaurant recommendations for dinner every night and made sure we had a reservation. Palermo has a lot of character and charm. It can be hectic at times and it was nice to come back to the quiet atmosphere of the Divisi Suites. I can’t thank Carlotta enough for keeping our trip stress free from check in to check out.

It was expensive for what it was, and the showers could be cleaner. For the price, there shouldn’t be mold in the shower

We did have a little adventure finding the entrance but I put that down to my husbands map reading, I was directed in by the staff in the end and we found this gem up a unsuspecting side alley. The building is big and grand, beautifully converted and the staff are helpful and friendly. We were staying only one night before heading on to our next location our whole family slept in the same room. Our double bed was very comfortable and the facilities were perfect for us.

It was rather hot and pulling our oversized heavy suitcases up the stairs had up teaming with sweat, but the air con once inside made up for it. Thankfully we were allowed to us a service lift on the way out.
