Great location in the heart of the older part of Palermo. All the sights were within walking distance. Also very convenient for the local bars and restaurants. Carlotta (lady who was on reception) was a fountain of information and assisted us in booking a Christmas Day lunch in a restaurant near by. It was fantastic. We had a problem with the WiFi when we first arrived and she sorted this very quickly and it worked well for the rest of our stay.

"We had a perfect stay!"

We loved staying in this XVIII century palace. The room was large, with much space, which was important as we stayed longer than a week. Wonderful, most comfortable beds, wish I had the same at home. The breakfast was perfect, a mix of Italian and usual choice of bread, cheese, ham, salami, yoghurt etc. Our host Carlotta helped us to feel comfortable and with all we wanted to know about Palermo, the taxi to the airport and other questions as well. Thank you for that! Other staff was friendly and helpful too.

It’s a beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast is wonderful, they have the best croissants. Place is really beautiful. Staying here is just experience on its own. They tell you that will send you email with instructions how to get in and make sure you read it !!!!! Otherwise, you will never get in.

The place is centrally located, close to Quattro Canti. The suites are enormous, very comfortable and the beds are very good. The breakfast area is nicely organised, the room is spacious, quality of breakfast good. Carlotta is prompt in her responses, very helpful and available to share information.

The coffee from the machine in the breakfast area not up to standard with Italian coffee quality but I will say that I am picky with coffee.
