CELSO 14

The host, Arc Angelo, is a friendly and knowledgeable traveler. He welcomes you and makes you feel at home. He will also share with you his recommendataions for things to do and restaurants to go to. I HIGHLY recommend you make use of his knowledge base. Every restaurant we frequented was superb, no touristy meals or deep fried everything. Lovely meals at restaurants catering to the locals. I totally enjoyed my stay at Celso-14 and plan to return for one night before my flight home. A few misunderstandings with Booking.com which have nothing to do with Arc Angelo and his hospitality. But, if you are reading this and considering Celso-14, the answer is - go ahead and book it! You will not regret it.

Wow! Perfect location, steps away from Quattro Canti and many restaurants and historical sites. But best of all was the host Archangelo!! He's so great. He was so friendly and generous and gave so many wonderful recommendations on where to eat and what to see. We used Google translate to communicate and it worked very well. We loved hanging out with him and chatting. The room itself is chic and stylish. Very large bedroom and bathroom, quiet during the night. There is a king size bed and the most wonderful shower. The air conditioning works well and is silent. There is an attached communal kitchen with equipment. Everything is very neat and extremely clean.

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't stay longer. We will be back!!

The location was perfect to explore the city and our hosts recommendations at breakfast each day helped us enjoy our stay all the more. A very welcoming experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Celso 14. It is in a perfect location for all the sites in historic Palermo. The room was clean and comfortable and a great value. Arcangelo was a wonderful host, going out of his way to accommodate us, from advice on places to visit to restaurants to transportation. Look no further - Celso 14 is the best place to stay in Palermo. A perfect 10!!!

Signor Archangelo was a kind and helpful. His recommendations were excellent and he was always available. The location was great, within walking distance of all historical attractions.
