Struttura stupenda in pieno centro. Il posto è meraviglioso, arredato con gusto e in maniera particolare. Arcangelo, il proprietario una persona squisita, perfezionista e attento, pronto a consigliare e a farti sentire meglio che a casa. La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro ma lontana dal caos delle vie principali. Le camere e lo spazio in comune sono davvero arredate con estremo gusto, per non parlare della cura con cui ci si sente trattati non appena si entra nella struttura. Consigliato vivamente.

We had the sweetest host during our stay in Palermo! He prepared an amazing breakfast for us both mornings, and we really enjoyed sitting down and chatting with him about different topics and travel. He gave us great food recommendations, which we found truly interesting and delicious. His place is decorated with great taste and beautifully arranged – it was definitely the best choice we could have made. Located right in the historical center of Palermo, it allowed us to explore the city entirely on foot, without needing a car. He even booked a spot for us at a nearby parking garage, so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking ourselves. Thank you so much – we’d love to come back someday!

Everything was great

Room and shared kitchen were clean, appartment located right near main street in Palermo, but well isolated from the noise, we had a nice time and had a great sleep at night. The biggest treasure of this property is the Host, it is like whole hospitality of Italians in one person. We communicated via google translate and understood each other perfectly. He even offered us a free Sicilian breakfast, we felt like home.

I cannot think of any bad aspect of the place.

Arcangelo was a spectacular host! He arranged breakfast for us every morning, with freshly squeeze orange juice, coffee, and pastries. My husband said he liked a particular kind of Italian pastry not common to Sicily, and for the next morning, Arcangelo had managed to find it for our breakfast! He checked in with us regularly to provide recommendations and gave us really good travel advice — felt comforting to have someone we could text and ask questions! The room was very comfortable with an attached bathroom and had everything we could need. One thing to note is that the kitchen area is a shared space, but we were enjoying the delicious Sicilian cuisine and didn’t end up using the kitchen at all. The location is superb as well, right off the main street with tons of places to eat. Truly an exceptional stay and can’t recommend it enough!
