The place was nicely decorated and the bedding was not scratchy. I would stay again but I would bring my own tea.

- I didn't like that there was no tea or coffee available. - I got woken up at 5am in the morning by the alarm of the front door lock system which made me very unhappy. - I also would have liked to meet the owner upon check in. It felt a bit impersonal although my stay was comfortable. - The beside table was dusty

The location to town was very good, the property was clean.

None of the applications in the kitchen worked, even though I rang and messaged the host several times I only got a reply 7 hours later after check in. I had checked in for 2 days and booked it because of the kitchen amenities, all I could use was the microwave and kettle, which I could have gotten at a standard hotel. The fridge has mouldy food in it, which I threw away myself as it stank every time I open the fridge door. The water in the shower for the single room was cold and by this point was glad to leave.

great location close to town and lovely Thames promenade. Room size nice, clean.Perfect bathroom.

I've stayed for long term and didn't find anything to clean the room. Other point that bothered me was the closing front door system, it is sometimes hard to get in.. only minor details
