"Good room, bad and ignorant customer service. Staying there is a risky business, not recommended."

The room was clean. Good Wifi.

Availability of the staff for problem-solving (managing the problem with low temperature). The kitchen was poorly equipped (the kettle needs to be replaced immediately, no forks) and smells bad.
