Poor parking as a contractor in a van i asked the question as states suitable parking and it was either double yellow or park a couple of streets away. The shower was like a dribble really poor. Really poor communication from phil. No heating and although i was given a heater 24h later didn't help being cold at night on what i can only call a basic bed. I'll travel around the country using different locations. This is probably by far the worst place I've ever stayed

The wifi was okay.

The room was very small, and money non-refundable so I did not stay the first day. on second day I came then to the shock of my life I SAW BED BUGS!!!. I complained to the owner to change my room, but they lied that there was no free room, yet the next two rooms were empty. Sadly I got could not find another hotel at that time so I paid online for that same room which the owner already told me was not available. Hence he lied. The owner is just interested in your money. The pictures are not what they are. BECAREFUL with this place.

The accommodation was perfect for my needs - stayed for Reading festival weekend. Super comfortable and convenient. The door is coded so you don't need to worry about a key - also paid extra for parking which was useful.

The prices were definitely increased due to the festival weekend which is a little frustrating.

The accommodation was very clean. Location for me was good.

There were no plates or bowls to eat food. I actually got a bus lane fine went I went out looking to buy a plate and bowl. I know this is my fault but having the basics in the kitchen would have saved me going looking to buy them.
