The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Convenient location for the centre and the university campuses.

Minimal soundproof which means you can hear others who are staying, and traffic noises. Discount offered in message ignored.

Room is small and has small window, it was hot and without air.

Pinehill Rooms are perfectly located for a stay in Reading - a short (10ish minute) walk into the main centre, and on a quieter street off a main road where you can easily catch buses around Reading. The room was exactly as photographed - clean, tidy, comfortable bed, and TV. Also handy is having a desk in the room, with plenty of plug sockets. The small kitchen was equally clean and tidy, with plenty of space to use the fridge for any supplies. I would certainly return again.
