Host instructions and self check in, and everything in the property is automated. Had a peaceful one night stay. No complaints.

None as i have only stayed there like 1 short night.

hot water didnt work, problems with codes, bad comunication with owners when problems. No toaster

The water in the shower was not hot enough for this cold weather. Heater not working properly.

This guesthouse offers exceptional value for money in Reading. I was staying as I had an early morning meeting at the university campus, and this was by far the closest place to stay that I could find to the university. I felt that the room was very reasonably priced, and for the price paid you could not realistically have expected any more. The bed was comfortable, the decor was modern, I had booked an off street parking space (£10 extra). The staff were really helpful and quick to respond over WhatsApp.

My only constructive criticism would be that there was no central heating system in the room or en suite. There was an electric fan heater, which was powerful and did heat the room up quickly, but it was loud so you wouldn’t want to run it overnight, which meant that when you woke up the room and bathroom were very cold!

Given the wrong room number, tv did not work, room lacking for price
