Saschiz 130/Lodging and Glamping

We rented two tents, for us and the kids. It's a great experience if you want to try camping, and the old farmhouse is beautifully decorated in a rustic style, with several little terraces throughout the garden, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable, and the host is very attentive. Will recommend to friends as well.

It was really hot in the tent. AC is obviously out of question, but a fan would help, there was power available. The showers were outside, and were beautifully done in a rustic way, but the porta potties were a bit uncomfortable, especially if you need to go in the middle of the night and you have to go down and up the hill back to the tent. Most of the terraces need maintenance as are showing signs of degradation and breaking here and there. Breakfast was at a nearby location, but it had excellent choices and very good coffee.

Can highly recommend, nothing beats Saschiz and its host Diana! Little paradise. While travelling through the country, we initially only booked as overnight stay to visit Sighişoara.. however, once arrived at this paradise, we changed our travel plans and we immediately booked 2 more nights - we did not regret! Beautiful garden, all facilities, big & clean pool, very laid back culture.. great restaurants within 15 minutes. Go for it!

The location, the place itself and the staff were all perfect! The room was a perfect mix of rustic and modern utilities. The breakfast was plentiful and yummy. We would 100% go back to also check out the sauna and hot tub 😁

Very charming place. A friendly host and a big fire on the fireplace on a cold evening made the stay pleasant.
