"Exceptional"

Roy and Tina were exceptional hosts. So friendly and helpful and cooked a great breakfast each day. The room was cleaned each day and we appreciated the extra towels when we had been to the water park. I recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable accommodation with high standards.

"Lovely friendly B&B"

Family of 3, lovely hosts very welcoming, free on road parking 2 minute walk, quiet area but close distance to amenities. Breakfast was delicious, highly recommend. Lovely room, clean and just right for our family. Thank you!

Amazing hosts couldn't ask for anything better, this was my second time staying at this hotel and I didn't want to go home🥰 I loved the peace and calm atmosphere, hosts full of conversation, so accommodating nothing is too much trouble, felt like my second home, I'll be back in January 😊😁 xx

With fibromyalgia I struggled with 2 lots of stairs but I'll be put on the first floor when I go back in January I can't wait to go back 😁 xx

Nothing was too much trouble for Roy and Tina stayed here for same dance competition year before and is our go to place to stay when visiting Blackpool.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a b&b. Parking was also not an issue. Room was spotlessly clean facilities were also very good

There was nothing not to like about this b&b
