Everything, the hosts Tina and Roy were very friendly, the breakfast was beautiful, couldn't fault the bedroom it had Everything that we needed. Location 5 mins walk from tram stop 5 stops to the centre of town. 5 minute walk to the beach. It was absolutely perfect for few days away to watch Olly Murs switch on the illuminations.

The room was clean and tidy and the hosts very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and had a good selection to choose from. The location was just up from the North Pier and just a few tram stops to it, with the tram stop and sea front just a minutes walk from the hotel.

Nothing, everything was just as expected and what we needed.

The couple who run this are simply great. Very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us to ensure our stay was comfortable. Very accommodating to all of our needs. Cooked Breakfast was simply outstanding. Great conversation and very helpful on local information ie nearest tram stops. Honestly cannot rate them enough. They deserve to be full all year round.
