It was in a good location, not in town but a 10 minute walk into town which was nice, only down side was if having walking issues I would advice not to book as is up a hill. It had a nice sized shower and good water pressure. Front garden was nice in the morning to watch sunrise.

The parking spaces was small but was advised, the bed needs replacing as was starting to break, carpets need replacing or a really good clean as starting to look a bit gross. Windows need a good clean as window seals are very dirty , along with towel heater starting to rust and was dusty. Plus there was paint peel. Shower seal a little dirty needs a good clean or replacement off seal.

The location and the amazing view from the room, loved the coffee machine, muffins, biscuits also the host was very attentive and kind. The communication was flawless I would definitely be back again!

The only thing would be the bed frame and mattress probably needs to be changed as the frame felt a bit fragile and the mattress has lost its form and found it a bit uncomfy.
