Ten Ocean View

Good location, parking space included in the price.

We have been very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Everything positive about this location simply faded when we saw the dirty carpet, chairs, walls, bathroom. It's a shame as it has lovely views and is well located, it needs a good cleaning!

Most fantastic view, comfortable bed, comfortable window seats, lovely extras, massive shower, parking. Efficient recycling. Great communication from host. It was perfect for myself & daughter. I would definitely stay again.

The property was in a great location. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and approx 10 minute walk into town. Approx 15 minute walk to the train station. A lovely room with a very comfortable bed. A great shower. A kettle and a coffee machine with T bags, coffee, milks and sugar. A lovely touch of biscuits and muffins 😋 We didn’t have a sea view, but I had a peak into a room that did, stunning 🤩

The only negative thing I can say is that the room could benefit from a new paint job and a new carpet sometime soon

Oddly anonymous place to stay. Owner helpful when I messaged, but we never met.

Given that we are used to traveling to B & Bs but we never found ourselves in a situation of discomfort like this time. The room was an oven! Without air conditioning overlooking horrible courtyards in total decay. The parking space in St Ives is really a problem. Well, the managers of the rent room have forbidden us for three days to occupy it for no reason. We would also have paid 100 pounds a day but it is not known why they did not grant it. Every night shouts from neighbors that ended only when I had to raise my voice. Bad not even recommended for free.

The view from our room was stunning, located near the back and close to the town.

Location and view was exceptional, nice garden, lovely to have parking

The room was a bit worn

Loved the view from the property and that it’s was a very short walk to the beach

Unfortunately on quite a steep hill so if you’re a bit older it might be difficult to get to but was a good workout for me haha

Good location with great view. Excellent communication prior to arrival.

Not a major point but the carpets and some of the fixtures are showing their age a little so are probably due a bit of a refresh at some point.
