View, proximity to St Ives and coastal path

Room needed decorating (walls and carpet). Complementary muffins and biscuits out of date.

The location and the view where the best of the best couldn't fault it. The cupcakes, biscuits, coffee pods & water were a nice touch to the room. Bed was super comfy and the binoculars were a nice addition to the room as well.

It was hard to find to begin with due to narrow lanes. But found it eventually. There were a few stains on pillows and decorative pillows. Marks on carpets & marks on the walls and we found hairs on the skirting boards that were not ours. We found that the shower didn't drain properly and there was mould in the shower & sink plugs ! The sink plug wouldn't allow me to fill up to wash my face of an evening. The toilet made a lot of noise on and off during the day and night. The light in the mini fridge was bright when trying to sleep. The shower heads had a lot of mildew on. The sink shelf was at a slant and my toilet brush almost fell down the toilet. And there were quite a lot of marks on the chairs near the window.

Fabulous location, lovely big room, great tea and coffee making facilities and really good shower.

Bed wasn't too comfortable, could do with a new mattress. The accent chairs were a bit tired and shower tray not draining properly.

The view was lovely. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding. Good Shower.

The surface behind the bed was dirty, I had put some of my things there and had to clean them and it. Not a deal breaker but disappointing because the room looked tidy and welcoming. I hate to be negative but just felt I needed to mention it.
