ILThe owner is really sweety, the place is clean the room is conftable
The key to the room is a general one that mean can open any door so the other guest could use his key to open my door. The place wasn't full if has i wouldn't feel safe at the room. And the bathroom is outside the room.
ITValue for money is exceptional
Check-in should be a bit more flexible than 7-9pm, that would help to plan the day in a more convenient way :)

No soap, check in time is too late with no option of arriving before 19.00 yet check out is 10:00.
