1) The room was dirty. Mold, dust, red-ish stains, random items (such as disposable razor). I would have been scared to use the UV light on the bed if I had it. 2) Bed was not comfortable. I did not sleep well. 3) Check in is ONLY 19:00-21:00. I did not notice this and had to wait for 5 hours in the town. Technically it’s on me but still very annoying. 4) There is a mid sized dog in the garden. I like dogs but not when I don’t know them and everytime you enter the property it starts interacting with you. 5) Communication. The host did not speak English. That is still fine as I used Google Translate. However, the host was sending me messages at 11pm to turn the lights off if I’m not using them. Creepy.

GBGreat stop in Tuscany. Quiet with on street parking. Lots of kitchen utensils for cooking, comfy bed, hot shower. Great big garden for walking the dog - note there is a husky living there so you will need to keep small dogs on a lead.
It's probably on the listing but we didn't know we'd be sharing the kitchen. The individual rooms have keys though, so not too much of an issue.

the hostess was extremely rude and made faces, rolled with her eyes and made heavy sighs because we didn’t speak Italian. she did faces behind my back (my sister saw it) when I didn’t understand what she was saying (in Italian). she looked and talked at me angry in Italian and made us feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable staying there. felt like we were the biggest problem for her and we just wanted to leave directly again and never come back.
