Shehara Sun Surf Lodge

I loved shehara surf lodge. Ik was a beautiful place with lovely people. Would recommend it very much!!

The location was next to a place where they chop wood and stuff, so from 8 in the morning it was really really loud and I wasnt able to sleep anymore, sadly.

They arrange a motorbike for us and change us room because the first one was so noisy. The man was always smiling

I took this accomodation because have 9.2 in booking but i regret it and i think doesn t match with the rate. The first night they accomodate us in a room near the street, because of the different bus passing by and a bar near that almost all the days put strong music we were not able to sleep.the next morning They moove us to a more internal room what was less noisy but still you can hear the base of the party. The wifi was not good in the room, we have to go outside for connection so i will not rexomend to people that work with internet. Also the owner show me a kitchen but never there was gas for cook, the mixer burn out the second day and they say will replace it but never did. Also because we disn t slept well for 3 night we thought to go away and since then the vibe with the owner was not great, the woman always look us in a bad way and we felt judged. The fun in the room also is so loud. We give them the laundry and we found our underware laying on a towel on the floor and exposed to all the guest of the place what was really not nice. The kitchen was not clean and also all the glass and plate so dirty everytime. Also the rabbish bin near the kitchen was always with a lot of fly, disgusting

Good hosts, very nice owners, close to Rams wave and mamas restaurant. Has a guest kitchen, fully equipped with fridge. Some people stayed there for months.

The coastal highway in front is a bit noisy.

It was by far my favorite place to stay during my sri lanka trip. The rooms are really clean and bright and the second I stepped in, I felt really comfortable! The location is really nice, not to much going on around. At night it can get quite loud because of the party bar nearby, but if you have ear plugs you should be fine. Also next to the house there's a really good restaurant with cheap, massive and tasty dishes! Honestly I can only recommend it and the hosts are really kind :)

only "bad" thing was that we had to check out quite early, but we could leave our bags in the house until we had to leave and hang out in the entrance

Great location, near the waves and some nice restaurants, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely amazing value for money The fan in the room was very noisy, but if you book accommodation with the best location but one of the cheapest price in town, this is just a minor factor

Good place, good value for money. Just in front of Ram's wave. So helpful family, they have motorbikes to rent and also a useful kitchen that can be used. Thanks for everything!
