Het feit dat de huidige uitbater voor het aankopen van de faciliteit aan het oefenen zijn hoe horeca en specifiek deze lokatie werkt. Dit oefenen brengt veel fouten met zich mee. Ik wil de toekomstige eigenaren adviseren geen contract te ondertekenen en af te zien van aankoop. Beste Terry en je toekomstige vrouw dit is een welgemeend advies: jullie zijn super lieve, energieke en enthousiaste mensen, maar horeca is niet jullie ding, jullie hebben het niet in de vingers. Om toekomstige teleurstelling voor jullie en jullie gasten te voorkomen zou ik jullie toekomst nog eens heroverwegen. Wij wensen jullie het allerbeste.

Quiet and nice building with off-road parking. Clean and tidy

Unfortunately being tall the bed with a footboard on it made it difficult to sleep. Not that it’s the properties fault I’m tall 🤣

Breakfast was great, Jen was a lovely host, she made us feel super welcome. Her recommendation of where to eat was spot on. We had good chats and learnt a lot about her ancestry which was very interesting. The garden was lovely and the sun room, but we were too busy exploring to use it. The house has a lovely spacious feel to it, which we liked a lot. The walks to the beach were great, the weather was great too, the town of Montrose was small and adequate. I highly recommend this house.

A central location, with plenty of free parking. The bedroom was spacious, and all facilities were sparkling clean. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, Jen.

Reasonable room overlooking the garden. Reasonable breakfast.

Check-in was a disaster. Arrived a few minutes after appointed time. Small note on door to call a number but number didn't answer on several attempts. No action from the bell. Went for a walk into town, returned an hour later. Still no answer from phone no but at last a response to the bell. Young lady answered (not the manager who was reported to be unwell) found our key. Room had been cleaned but bin not emptied. Some sort of a back-up plan needed.
