The shade net was torn and hanging loose The paving is very uneven to walk on for elderly people No assistance was offered with luggage up the VERY uncomfortable stairs Brackets in bathroom are loose The table next to the bed is in very bad condition There were ants in the bedroom Space limited on property to turn vehicle around

Nothing - did not sleep there - left without my refund - place was not acceptable at all. Windows were fastened by wire, fridge was filthy dirty, stove was not cleaned after previous peoples' stay. Curtains hanging in pieces. Blinds hanging in pieces. Security fence hanging all over - not safe at all. Room just looked dirty and was afraid of some bugs jumping on me.

The accommodation was close to the conference we were attending.

The place was just ok

Place was not up to standard. After lifting a towel found pubic hair on it.

Facilities/Room/Security. Old house that's used. Rooms & layout are impractical. Shared kitchen facilities were old & dirty. Security gate was non-operational due to load shedding & had to be taken from its railway, which made us totally useless as a safety measure. There was no backup battery pack on the gate motor.
