"They need to do better"

The place was so cold they didn't have any heating in one of the rooms and their blankets were so thin.... water in the shower was lukewarm and it's winter

One Zim lady was so welcoming and very freindly

There was one lady I supposed she is a Zimbabwean with a bleached face she had a bad attitude I suggest she should be taken through customer care lessons

The place was so convienient for me and my colleague. It so nice and quite. Every late afternoon when we came back the place was clean.

Maybe the kitchen sink if you can redo as it is getting old and advice the ladies to buy new dish clothes because the ones there looked old. Otherwise everything was useful in the kitchen.

We did not get breakfast

The room and bathroom was not clean There was not enough coffee and milk. For a 4 star guest house the coffee could be other than ricoffy.

"The property is clean, affordable, located in a wonderful area, and it’s very safe and secure."

It’s very close to a few amenities, such as gas stations, shopping centres, etc..

Electricity was problematic for a bit, but it was no fault on the property’s side. It was an area issue (stolen cables). The air heater in our room wasn’t great (doesn’t blow hot air). Perhaps that needs fixing/replacing.
