"Nicely located hotel"

The hotel is nicely located within walking distance of the French Quarter, the river side and the Riverwalk Outlets, so it’s perfect to visit all these locations without the need of a car or public transportation

Hot water, and friendly security

The bathroom is outside the room, prefer everything to be inside not working around passage, Room. Was very small. The location of the place on Google it's get u missed the property as well

The place was dirty,we stayed where it was busy with construction ,the sand was all over the place no water in the shower,the caretaker didn't know we were coming,the address was wrong, couldn't get hold of the staff in time to ask for directions
