Ndlovu Palace

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (Good to Excellent) Review: I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Ndlovu Palace. The property is beautifully maintained and situated in a peaceful area of Verulam, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host, Felix Ndlovu, was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. What stood out was the warm hospitality and the attention to detail – everything from the bedding to the little amenities was well thought out. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the privacy and calm atmosphere.

A few minor improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience, such as clearer signage to the property and perhaps a small refreshment or breakfast option on-site. Other than that, it was a great stay and I’d gladly return!

The toilet its under the stairs We didn't have privacy we needed, the night security was in the sitting room the whole night. The main door was unlocked the whole night, bed not comfortable

Check in process was rather unprofessional - waited 20mins to be assisted when one guy came they did not know about our booking then finally one very old security guard came and showed us a small room with outside bathroom not what we booked, showed another room meant to be family room with bathroom only for it to be single room size, while settling in the old man kept coming back to ask how we booked how much we paid which is information that was supposed to have been provided to whoever was left at the property not disturb guest by knocking like 3times,please have a check in desk to assist with such, No toiletries were provided the small basic ones none, also did not like the idea of sharing a fridge why not have bar fridges in the rooms? Shower did not have a door so the water was pouring out on the floor only one towel was provided, we had to fetch the mop downstairs which was dirty😏😏the place has potential to do more
