Very calm and nice apartment. The room was extra clean, the sea is at the end of the garden. The room was equiped with coffe and tea.

The bed was a bit soft for me but this is induvidual.

Close to beach, secure, comfortable, well-maintained, quiet, walking distance to restaurants. Good to have kettle, fridge, patio with beautiful view.

Loved the landscape!! The pool is beautiful... the property is small and intimate.. RIGHT on the sea! The beds are very comfortable, loved the hot shower and the great water pressure. Sandra and Peter are warm and hospitable host. We really had a beautiful time. Thank so much!

It's a little bit out of town.. we did not have a car.. so it was a bit challenging getting to town from the location... we just walked it was not bad

A lovely place to stay, right on the beach about 1km out of Celestun. A lovely 25min walk along the beach into the town. Sandra was lovely, very helpful with local info and any questions we had. Large room, everything v clean, with very comfy beds, balcony, terrace with pool, and beach area. V quiet & relaxing, a great place to stay if you are visiting Celestun, which is a lovey puebla to visit. The boat trip around the mangroves is a must.

Nothing really! it's a lovely place to stay. maybe a little old fashioned with the fixings, but this made it quite appealing!

One night stay in March. Nice large villa with rooms. We had two rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. Rooms were large with good facilities. There was secure car parking for our hire car. Very limited choice of accommodation in the local area and this was a good option. A short drive to see the Celestun pink flamingos and great to get there early for an early visit from which we then drove south to Campeche for our next night stay.

No breakfast or dinner available and no local places open early for breakfast that we could find easily and very limited evening meal options especially if you arrive after 5.30pm. Facilities in room provide biscuits and hot drinks - not a breakfast. Food not available in property and very restricted locally on times that food is available. We managed to drive into the village/town and find somewhere with 10 mins to go until closing time at 18:30. The restaurant we found was lovely and had a great beach location. You really need to be able to have your own transport in our view to get to restaurants and other facilities as the property is far enough away to need that, especially in the dark! The cost to stay here reflects the limited places available to stay locally - so rather over-priced as very limited competition in our view. For one night and to see the flamingos - it worked for us - but only just! The lack of availability of dinner nearly made us turn round and leave but again not an easy option for this location as Merida is over 1hr drive away so we made the best out of it that we could. The property also ‘locks you in’ so we couldn’t get onto the beach from the property and couldn’t get in without a wait for a response to the gate bell - that felt a challenge - especially to get onto the beach which had a lovely sunset but we couldn’t experience it from the hotel!
