Deeply Disappointing – Should Be Removed from Booking.com I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was truly unacceptable. If zero stars were an option, I would have chosen it. We booked this property under unfortunate circumstances—my wife had an accident in Rome and needed surgery at a nearby hospital. Instead of receiving empathy or even basic courtesy, we were met with rudeness and hostility. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. We arrived just one hour before check-in and were refused entry—not just to our room, but to the property itself. We weren’t allowed to wait in the courtyard. We were forced to wait outside on the street, even as the staff raised their voices at us. Throughout our stay, any request for assistance or basic amenities was met with eye-rolls, dismissive attitudes, or outright refusal. Even worse, nearly everything came with extra charges—including storing luggage for a brief time. It felt less like hospitality and more like a constant cash grab, with poor communication and no transparency. The listing indicates car parking available, but nothing about extra charges. This property falls far below the standards I’ve come to expect when booking through Booking.com. It was a stressful, uncomfortable experience during an already difficult time. I strongly urge Booking.com to reconsider listing this property—it does not belong on a platform that claims to value quality stays and customer care. Absolutely not recommended.

it has a nice pool

no lift or help to carry the suit case upstairs, bedroom is small, could hear a baby crying all night and the door opening and closing. Far from everything, hard to get a taxi and very expensive to move around. The only positive thing is that is near campus biomedico where the conference was held. There is no one at the reception if it’s late or you have a problem. My friends missed the train and arrived the next day in the morning and there was no one to guide them to their room despite paying the night before the lady at the reception was super rude, was screaming at us because they got inside to wait for her and threatened to call the police, treating us like criminals! we were trying to explain to her that they are guests and she shouted to me “shut up” not to mention that her English was very poor and she was coursing in Italian. Very unpleasant experience. They have no idea how to treat a costumer. Will never recommend or go back.
