"Italian Nightmare"

It's a 10 minute walk to the University premises.

Lousy first day in Italy. First the lady that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude, speaking no English at all. Rooms are all near the kitchen which was very smelly. I couldn’t even sleep there, I tried contacting the Front Desk but their working hours are from 10:30am- 8pm, so had to speak to Francesca, the obnoxious lady owner, who said "Shut Up! If you don’t like it leave." - and so I did. Staid only ONE out of my programmed 3 nights. I’ll never come back here again.

The room was comfortable

Check-in time was changed without asking us. There are restrictions with regards to the times you can use the kitchen which were not advertised. There was no private parking as advertised, just street parking outside the property.
