Clean, friendly, excellent breakfast and close to amenities.

A grand welcome on arrival- and Kath upgraded my room which worked very well. I'm vegan, and Kath went out of her way make my stay perfect by giving me a little bottle of oat milk for coffees in my room and a full vegan breakfast in the mornings. This is something that mainstream hotels often fail to cater for.

I could hear the people in the next room talking well into the night. But that's not a failing of the hotel- it's the guests who are thoughtless. I solved that with wax earplugs!

The price was excellent for the location very close to everything. Amazing breakfast. Beautiful clean room with everything you need. Will be staying again very soon and also as we went out of season it was very quiet as was the room. The host was excellent and nothing was too much trouble

Couldn't find anything not to like

Compact but cosy rooms, really great location close to the town centre. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast had a great variety of both continental and cooked options
