Clean with friendly welcome. Too much breakfast for me. If you like a big breakfast then this is the place for you

I had a single room & although it was clean & compacted the toilet space was cramp.

Kathleen is a wonderful host. Very welcoming & friendly. Was waiting for us when we arrived. Had a chat then showed us to our room. Nicely decorated. Lovely bathroom and the beds were super comfortable. Good selection at breakfast. We opted for a full English. 10 out of 10 was lovely. We will definitely be returning next year,. Very enjoyable stay. WOULD RECOMEND.
