Exceptional place to stay, I have been coming to Skegness for years & I can honestly say this is the best place I have ever stayed, very clean & friendly & very comfortable in a great location, quite but not far from the centre

"Fab fun fresh clean stay"

The room was very clean and smelt very fresh.The bed was comfortable and had a very good nights sleep on both days. The breakfast was 10 out of 10 the best breakfast I have had in ages and it was piping hot and such a good choice of hot and cold food. Kathleen was such a friendly lady and she cooked all the breakfasts fast and served them all on her own on the second day and took it all in her stride we will be booking to stay there again. The car parking was very good and felt my car was in safe hands.

From the moment we arrived felt really welcome. Lady met us at the front explained were everything was . Room was lovely good size bathroom with walk in shower and toiletries if needed. Bed really com6 had goodnight sleep never heard a sound even thought near the town centre got a great breakfast every morning and place spotless had a great stay and free parking whi h is added bonus

Super friendly and kind staff. Fabulous breakfast, ultra clean... everything you could possibly want on holiday. Wonderful Melanie and Gracie organized a birthday surprise for my 65th birthday breakfast.....took my breath away by their kindness and thoughtfulness x Will definitely be returning asap. Thank you so much for great stay.

Hotel was absolute spotless all the way through. Cracking breakfast with lots of choice, Gracey was a star.
