"Nice value place to stay, good location, friendly personnel"

Personalised check-in, friendly personnel, could leave our luggage in storage for free before check-in but not after, which is a service I'm used to having (that being said, they gave us a good price). Location is a street away from the station, easy to reach.

If I have to put something, I'd say the decoration of the rooms was very generic/cold compared to our other stays on this trip.

Well, when you're locked out of your place cause the code doesn't work at 11 o'clock at night and you have to wait in the dark one hour for someone to come and the person you're communicating thinks you're stupid because you don't know the code and you're hot and tired from traveling that sucks and that makes for a horrible vacation. The girl was even rude prior to me coming to my Italian, Cousin.

Questa recensione non è per me, è per i miei genitori che hanno soggiornato qui anche se ho prenotato io per loro. In ogni caso, hanno solo detto cose positive. Si sono trovati bene e certamente torneranno in questa struttura. Hanno menzionato la posizione ottima, il buon prezzo e il trattamento eccellente da parte dello staff. Amano particolarmente Sorrento e certamente torneranno! Grazie!
