LUXURY NAPOLITANO

We had an excellent, very comfortable stay. The location is great, very close to the train station, and the restaurant right downstairs is very good. Everything was very clean and worked fine (especially the A/C). Communications were smooth, and the response to our requests was above and beyond. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, and the cleaning person did a great job.

If some sort of luggage storage could be provided (there's common space in the residence and a lot of unused space in the building lobby), the rating would be 11 out of 10! (There's a storage option right inside the train station, though.)

The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable and we had a juliette balcony which was nice to have. Gabriel our host who met us was very friendly and professional. Th location of the property is excellent.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. An iron in the room would also be great for travellers.

Everything was perfect!

Location and apartment

Never came to clean nor change our towels as promised, in our 3 nights stay. It is actually a sort of room of Airbnb with the difference that here you don't have access to a kitchen nor a simple boiler. There are no seats & table (or PC desk) in the room. The shower drain was clogged

Good size room and very convenient location - 2 min from the train station and very close to the center. Great restaurant downstairs. There are tables and chairs in the common area and a little fridge in each room.

The only thing that is missing that comes to mind is a kettle - either in the room or the common area. It will be great to have a chance to make a cup of tea or coffee.
