I Sogni della Regina

This was in a very good location - you can walk to all attractions and eateries and the beach etc. However, you need to catch a taxi from the port as you cannot walk up the hill with your suitcases depending on their weight this was 20 euro for a 5 min journey. The self check in instructions were quite easy to follow and the host was very responsive on WhatsApp to all messages and questions. The room itself was really nice it had lots of character and we loved the balcony. We would stay here again, however, it was quite expensive. Nonetheless, most places in Sorrento are. Lots of coffee etc provided in the room. Room was a good size and bathroom was very nice and clean.

The tv could do with an upgrade, only Italian options available, we would like to watch Netflix in our down time which requires a smart tv. The breakfast provided was at a cafe across the road and the staff were extremely rude and purposely didn’t serve us because we were visibly tourists - Italians in general I have found to be very mean to tourists compared to some other places like Greece where everyone was extremely nice. We were ignored standing at the counter for 10 minutes while other locals were served ahead of us, once I complained about being ignored we finally ordered and they never brought our order out. I did not go back here again as I couldn’t believe the level of rudeness, coming from Australia where customer service is A game. I advised the host straight away and she was extremely sorry and spoke to the staff from the cafe which I was appreciative of. She requested I give them another go but unfortunately I was not feeling up to it due to how I was treated initially.

Everything. Enrica kept in touch with us before our arrival. The apartment was modern, just right for two , but also had a hide-a-bed in the living room if required. There were snacks provided and coupons for breakfasts nearby. The apartment was cleaned every morning at 1030. It was located across from the entrance to Sorrento's tourist district which is filled with restaurants and shopping, and not far from the Marina, train or bus stations. I would stay there any time I return to Sorrento and have already recommended it to friends heading there soon.

We chose to return within a few days as the facility and location were wonderful.

Spotless beautiful accommodations, centrally located within walking distance of train and bus station/restaurants/shopping/marina. Host was quickly responsive to all inquiries, and very helpful. Would absolutely stay again when in Sorrento!

Location was great. Food and coffee quality was very good.

I would have preferred more options for breakfast than only coffee, juice, and a sweet bakery item.

Close to old town and excursion pick up. Coffee and tea selection. Dresser for clothes. USB plug by bedside.

Too close to road noise. Hot water too slow. Complimentary breakfast place is teen party place at night. Grunge bar in morning. Dog pee smell at entrance.

Easy to access. Clean.

Adjoining families were loud. No face towels. Too far away from the main roads in Sorrento.
