The comfort of the room temperature. The location was pretty central

Was expecting to see staff some we did not although they were easily reachable by WhatsApp

The breakfast was provided for us on day 1 in a basket on the table. It was not a hot breakfast. The room was extremely accessible and easy to find. The host was very communicative with everything. Location was great! A little further outside the center of the city (only a ten minute walk), which was nice to be outside of the busy city center. Balcony was great!!

The shared common space was a little weird, but we never heard or saw any other people who stayed there.

Very pleasant and helpful host who gave us a lot of advice and was always available, thank you Enrica. Stylishly equipped accommodation. Super seating on the balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Cleaning 1x every 2 days. Within walking distance to the old town and the beach. Nearby car rental, fruit and vegetable shop, bakery, restaurants.

Noise from the street, but you can count on that for the location. As a big minus I rate the breakfast, which was included in the price of accommodation. It consisted of vacuum-packed sweet foods (waffles, biscuits, etc.), one juice and two small milks for 5 days for two people. It was not replenished during the entire stay. And unfortunately the "breakfast" offer quite spoils the otherwise overall very satisfactory impression of the accommodation, which is well located, beautifully furnished and the host is very helpful.

The breakfast was disappointing, as it was all packaged food (bags of cookies, crackers, cakes, etc.) and nothing fresh. It was great to have the opportunity to make coffee in the room, but the breakfast was not as expected.
