The property is a little way from the Heart of Sorrento and around 10 minutes walk from the train station. However this meant it was also removed from the hustle, bustle and noise of the busy town. We had a very spacious well equipped room with an enormous terrace that provided excellent views. The hotel was around 5 minutes walk where we had an exceptionally good breakfast.

As a tip to other guests to Sorrento we found the Campania Express train was poor and the buses to Positano completely chaotic and wildly overcrowded, even in April. Best tip is to take an organised tour with a reserved seat. However, this is nothing to do with the hotel itself of course. The Self catering apartment, operated by the hotel, in which we stayed, was very good and we would certainly return.

Nothing - a tad dated but great view and location, super clean and bonus was daily housekeeping which I was not expecting.

Accommodation was perfect and exactly as described It was lovely to have the breakfast and use of pool at hotel flora staff there were so nice and very accommodating We had 2 rooms 1 was fully accessible the other had steps onto the balcony there are also 3 steps at the front door

I had some question regarding accessibility last minute before we left it was difficult to make contact with the host not sure if it was a booking . Com issue or the host However hotel flora answered all of these when we arrived

El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren y del centro comercial de Sorrento. La habitación es muy cómoda, la cama es muy buena, tiene un balcón muy amplio y una vista espectacular al mar y a la costa de Nápoles. Te permiten utilizar la piscina y las comodidades del Hotel Grand Flora (ubicado a la vuelta) aunque no pudimos hacerlo porque la misma cerraba a las 18 hs (cuando normalmente regresábamos de alguna excursión). La estadía incluía el desayuno, también servido en el hotel, lo que resultó una muy grata sorpresa, ya que no figuraba dentro del detalle de la reserva. La atención del personal fue muy buena y limpiaban la habitación y cambiaban las toallas a diario. Lo recomiendo totalmente y volvería nuevamente!

Las cosas a mejorar son muy menores. El frigobar que estaba en la habitación era bastante ruidoso, porque estaba al lado de la cama. No sabíamos que limpiaban la habitación a diario, porque nadie nos lo comentó, y nos resultó algo chocante ver que habían estado dentro limpiando, luego de que regresamos el primer día, ya que no lo esperábamos (no hay un cartel de "No molestar" para evitar esto). Pero la estadía fue excelente.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Sorrente. La chambre était impeccable, très propre, et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L’emplacement est idéal, parfaitement situé pour profiter de la ville et des alentours. La vue est tout simplement magnifique, avec une grande terrasse très agréable — un vrai plus. Même depuis la douche, la vue est superbe, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus unique. Le propriétaire est également à la tête d’un hôtel situé à seulement trois minutes à pied. Nous avons pu y effectuer le check-in très facilement, mais aussi profiter de ses installations, notamment une piscine magnifique et un excellent petit déjeuner inclus dans le tarif. Le rapport qualité-prix est très intéressant, et l’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux. Toute l’équipe est sympathique, disponible et agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, los suelos no estaban muy limpios, ni las tazas del menaje, ni en general la habitación y el baño.
