"No recomiendo!"

Nos comunicamos varias veces y NUNCA respondieron. Tuvimos un problema en Argentina xq nos cancelaron el vuelo Internacional y quisimos cancelar nuestra reserva, o ver alguna alternativa. Nos cobraron toda la estancia completa y no pudimos tomar el lugar ni cambiar la reserva.

Me gustó todo en general, pero lo que más destacaría es lo limpio y cuidado que estaba todo. El hotel estaba impecable, todo muy bien mantenido y con una decoración preciosa. Realmente se nota el cuidado en cada detalle, todo de diez. Las vistas desde el hotel también son espectaculares y hacen que la estancia sea aún más especial. Además, la comida estaba deliciosa. Y, por supuesto, quiero destacar especialmente al personal: fueron encantadores y muy atentos con nosotros en todo momento. Sin duda, su amabilidad y atención hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable.

Me gusto todo, no puedo decir nada negativo.

Shower and bathroom was good. Located next to a famous restaurant which was great for not having to wait in long lines, as you could go relax for a bit until the queue died down.

Check in process needs to be better. Hotel they said to arrive at to get the keys was closed! Also bedding isn’t very santitary, they use sheets and then a throw, which doesn’t seem it will get washed. Photos also make it look better, definitely a bit more worn than they make it look.

La suite está muy bien ubicada. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Esta muy bien equipada. Te la súper recomiendo, la elegí después de buscar mucho y he acertado totalmente!
