This property is a great budget option for people who want to spend time in tangalle you get what you pay for. A very basic room with a comfy mattress and a basic bathroom. As 2 backpackers it worked perfectly for a night

For couples and long term stays it might not be too comfy but for short term it works

Nice, spacious and clean room with a terrace. Beach and restaurants just around the corner, good location. They also have a restaurant by the beach where you can enjoy good food and the ocean.

Deshani was absolutely wonderful from the moment I booked. She was super responsive to my questions and was so welcoming upon my arrival. The room was great. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and I asked to have a desk in my room and 10 minutes later her staff were carrying one in. It's a two minute walk to the water and countless restaurant nearby. Enjoy the Green Coconut with a great staff full of smiles! I read a couple reviews complaining about construction noise. I arrived and there was construction but I saw it as a good thing...a business expanding, upgrading, growing and I was happy for them. Turn out there was a number of places under remodelling construction all along the area. I found that they all worked reasonable daytime hours, otherwise it the sound of the breeze in the palms, birds chirping and the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. Can't tell you how many hours I sat enjoying the view and listening to the waves from the deck chair on my lanai. I booked for a month and even extended for a bit before moving on.

The Wi-Fi was dodgey a couple times but Deshani was always quick with the fix.
