Shiva Ganges View Guest House

The staff was helpful as much as they can. Breakfast was good. Once you get to the hotel with so much difficulty, the rooms were decent and view of the river from the 4th floor balcony was nice.

With 5 bags (3 guests, 2 rooms from the US), it was very hard to get to the hotel through narrow streets. The front desk manager said that would be taken care of, but not really. Also, the check-in process took way too long when we were the only guest at that point.

Except for the view the whole experience was average, room booked was also not given

Limited to know breakfast option, staff not available on desk and poor cleaning or hk standards

Δεκα λεπτα περπατημα απο τον κεντρικο δρομο το πτοσωπικο μιλουσε ελαχιστα αγγλικα πολυ ακριβο για τις παροχες .υποσχεθηκαν πρώτο πάτωμα και μου δωσαν ισογειο παροτι υπηρχαν διαθεσημα δωματια αλλα δεν τα ειχαν καθαρησει.τα μαξιλάρια και το στρωμα ηχαν τρομερα δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά απο τη πολυ χρηση . Ζήτησα πληροφορίες για βολτα με το καραβακι και τηλεφωνησε σε ενα γραφείο που ζητησε 45 ευρω ενω το εισιτήριο είναι 1 ευρω στα πλοιαρακια τους ρωτησα που ειναι η κεντρική τους αγορα και με στειλαν σε ενα δικό τους μαγαζι για τη γνωστή προμήθεια. Γενικα απαραδεκτο .καλα θα κανετε να το αποφύγετε

ガンジス川がよく見え、部屋が広い バスアメニティやドライヤー、コーヒー紅茶、水、スリッパがあった。 朝食ブッフェは豪華ではないが美味しかった

3泊したが部屋の清掃はなくタオル交換もない。 水とトイレットペーパーは言えばもらえた。 ホテルでタクシーを8時に予約をしてもらい、朝食が8時からで5分過ぎてもチャイとバナナしか無かった。もちろんボックスサービスもなし。 価格相応のサービスがないので、割高だと思う。

I loved all of it; the service, the food, the view, the amenities. They offer lots of things to do and see. This is the place to be on the Ganges! It was clean and above board. Made to feel part of the family. Uncle who owns the property is very honest, kind and helpful. They do money exchanges here for an honest and very fair rate. If I could suggest two improvements it would be that the WiFi can be a bit patchy and there's no safe to store important docs, etc. however I was extremely pleased with my stay. Would absolutely stay here again next time I find myself in Varanasi!

Except the hotel approach way , the rest of the hotel is excellent. It gives you a vibe of traditional Indian home style overlooking the Ganges.

No lift. Approach way to the guest house is very narrow

The entire property was well maintained with an amazing view of the ghats. The staff was super friendly and our highlights were also the view of the burning ghats from the rooftop at night, the sunrise from our balcony & the homely food.

Somethings to improve : Exhaust fan in the toilets Cleaning the road infront of the hotel

The location, layout, staff, and vibe of Shiva Ganges View were all incredible for my first ever visit to Varanasi. The room was comfortable and we loved the little private balcony from which we could watch monkeys, passersby, and the Ganges. Highly recommend.

Everything its perfect on shiva ganges view guest house, beautiful house on great location and all the personal very helpful and humble. Make me feel really comfortable and safe, just open the little balcony and right there on front its the ganges river, location offered Everything you need, like booking tours, money exchange, airport or train station transportation, massage, yoga class and restaurant.

Got no complaints at all
