Cheap and very very good food, comfortable bed, clean room, owner very friendly

Room is not very sound isolated, but as it is generally a quiet place not big of a problem

No toilet paper or bum gun, can buy up top tho.

Good location in Tuktuk, amazing view from the balcony, able to rent motorbike. Pier where the ferry stops right in front. Towel provided. Spacious room.

I had to ask for toilet paper and a bin, and the room only contains a bed and a drawer, that's it. Really outdated, too, and stains on the walls. Could do with a renovation. Doors only close with a lock, there is no key. English communication a bit hard, depending on the staff.

Rooms are dirty, toilet stinks, door was hard to open and everything looked old and broken. Do not recommend...

The room was big and bed was comfortable, there were also hot showers which was great! You can go swimming off the jetty and can rent scooters from them.

The location is nice and it does have potential

It’s bearable but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms are not only basic but totally bedraggled. Besides the bed, that cracks with every move so you fear it might break, there is only a shabby small cupboard. There’s not even a trash bin. It’s not in fact dirty (except for some parts of the common area) but with stains on the wall and it makes the impression they don’t even try to make it comfortable. Yes it’s cheap but I’ve been to way better accommodations for the same price. The only good thing is the nice lake view from the balcony. The rooms downstairs are even worse. The sink has no connection to the floor so the whole bathroom swims when you use it. Also the lock on the key is a joke. You could probably break it with bare hands. The towels were ripped. Plus point is that we didn’t see any alive or dead bugs … We used the laundry service and they told us that they have a dryer which is not true. So when we had to leave the next day in the evening the laundry was still wet and the guy didn’t even bother to look up from his phone to help us take the laundry down from the line. Our hiking trousers were dirtier than before… So all in all if you’re on budget and your standards are quite low, ok. Others i would recommend spending a bit more on a nice accommodation if you want to enjoy your time here and feel comfortable.

Nice location and very good for the price. The Wi-Fi is good. And the Balcony is a very nice spot to chill.

this hotel has a lot of potential. The furniture is up to par and the building is also a bit older. A renovation would do the hotel good
