Great location. Moped rental service. Laundry service (expensive one but nonetheless). Good price on a good location. Big rooms. Great crew.

Food standard. A bit dirty rooms that have a termite problem. Wifi is bad downstairs, hardly working. Cold shower, which I didn't mind but thought that I should mention.

Nice common room, nice location and fair price. Host was helpful when needed :)

The room is very basic and, like has been said before, could do with a hit of love.

Wifi connection doesn’t reached the rooms near the lake. No enough light bulbs from the receptionist area to go downhill to the rooms. It was dark. Pillow sheet was dirty. Curtain got spider web. Rooms floor was slippery (perhaps too much of soap used and they don’t rinse). Doormat full of sands. No water heater, had to bath with extremely cold water in the morning. Not convenient with babies.

This was one of the most horrible experiences i have ever had! First of all rooms were disgusting and in a sketchy basement area. Lot's of dust, dead spiders on thr walls, alive spiders underneath the mattress, old furniture to the point where you are like inside of a dead ship, ants on the mattress, holes on the door so mosquitos are guaranteed of a feast, no hot water, stains on the towel and ripped pillows. DISGUSTING! I would say the sheets looked ok (ants aside) but with the scenario around it? I can only imagine... The worst part is that I tried to reason with the owner and wanted a better room or at least my money back but he was so so so rude, not humble or friendly! I was trying to help him improve his own service but he didn't care the least. In the end he actually told me in the rudest way possible to get out. I will never but ever try this "guest house" again.. and neither should other people. At least until it gets a make over and a proper manager.

When I made the booking, Booking.com said “Hurry, the only room left.” Not a wise marketing strategy as it was not the only room left. In fact plenty rooms are vacant.

no toiletries, room has the bare minimum of a bed and a bedside table

It's located in front of the lake, boat from parapat will drop guest directly in front.

room was incredibly basic but not clean. very old furniture that was rotting & smelt bad. the bedding seemed clean-ish but still had some stains and so we slept in sleeping bag liners. the bathroom was not clean, there was black mold everywhere and no hot water - this was not indicated on the booking.com room details, definitely needs to be included. also only wifi in common areas not in our room. we felt pretty grim during our stay and wouldn’t recommend here. also the staff were pretty useless, didn’t speak English (which is ok!) but also made no attempt to try and understand us when we were asking for help.
