"Not Proper to keep such locations on Booking sites without proper verifications"

At midnight the Airport Taxi brought me to the compound. Only after many repeated calls that someone replied, to let the driver know the location. Thinking all is well the driver dropped me at the gate and left in their own rush. No one ever came down, opened the doors to let me in. Called for a long time. Nothing happened and I immediately became destitute pushing my bags on the main road looking for an auto or Taxi at midnight (about 2.30 am) to take me back to the airport or to another hotel. It was a real mess. This has happened a few times to me, in North India, in the long past. I never expected such things to happen now. What a disappointment. Please have a regular evaluation to make sure that your brand is of any worth to rely on for travelers like me.
