Just the location and free simple breakfast.And the boy helping with the breakfast.Is very accomodating.

Building is old not welp maintained Bathroom not cleaned and disinfected ar least chlorox can clean it well.The curtains are tattered,The chair inside the room was broken Im glad I did nit sit on it otgerwise.I will not be able to get up.Lacks cleaning it was dusty.2 hangers.in the closet.Just very basic.I dont know how it got good reviews.

Large room. A/C, Hot water, WiFi. Few resturants in the vicinity and I think in house resturant provides Lunch and dinner. Not sure of break fast. Lunch is basic. Did not try the dinner.

WiFi is very slow and frequently gets disconnected. When reconnecting sometimes you have to log back in. Also, when this happens the phone switchs to mobile data and you get notification that the limit exceeds. There were frequent power cuts during the stay and Not sure if the A/C needs to be turned on or accidently got switched off. Bathroom fittings needs a through cleanning or replacement.

"Recommend if you only want a bed and restroom during your stay at Chennai"

Location is easily accessible. The staff is very supportive.

The condition of the rooms are mediocre. The breakfast options are also limited.
