the proximity of the location is ideal. Good restaurants nearby.

Rooms could have been better, walls have to be repaired. Air conditioners are very old and noisy. TV and settop box are very old , remote is a problem. Kitchen is veg/non veg , so did not avail the facility

Breakfast was good. But instead of preparing large number of poories and allowing them to get cold,10 poories at a time can be prepared as the guests come in. Excellent location.

In the toilet a floor wiper can be kept to enable the guests to drain the water after bath and keep the bath room dry.

Couldn't get time for breakfast

They can improve by serving early tea and coffee as their room service start after 7.30

Property is kind of old, so the plaster was kind of coming off. Rest was good.

Location closer to Music Academy. Breakfast was simple and decent

The hot water system in one room did not work. Family members had to use one room for showers in spite of booking 2 rooms. There are no good restaurants nearby ( walking distance ) which is an inconvenience. The staff acts indifferent and not very pleasant

Very helpful and courteous staff. Excellent breakfast included.

Bath room fixtures need replacing. Shower faucet was leaky and dripping constantly. Risk of room flooding.
