Good location. easy access to main places of chennai. also the dining was neat and clean.

windows in my room had small gap and mosquitoes can get in easily. even after switch on good night, I could find some mosquitoes. also restroom didn't have exhaust. need to improve the lighting inside room. installed energy saver bulbs

Nothing I liked

The place is a dump. I paid for my first day but still left within 2 hours of checking in - never done before at any hotel anywhere. There are other decent options in this price range such as season 4 residences on Cathedral Garden Road - go there instead!

Poorly maintained room. Paint peeling off the walls, torn curtains, badly maintained furniture. Stained bedsheet. Scary elevator. Poorly lit corridor.

Manager is a very good person,boys working there are friendly breakfast good Wash basin is broken fractured dirty so wc,wardrobe no hangers very stiff drawers Lift is heavy to open,many I noticed struggled to open.I used to help them Mosquito blood on walls cobwebs needs painting and white washing bath rooms all should be refurbished hot water cold after running fine General cleniness is not good lights are very dim The owner should be advised People serving and manager are very good.

Mentioned deep cleaning is a must and this should be done regularly by professionals
