It was very quiet and we loved watching the birds on the feeder outside the shed. The breakfasts were fantastic.

"Tranquil Bliss ❤️"

10.0

There is absolutely nothing to dislike! The hosts, Tina and Martin are a wonderful couple who were extremely accommodating to all of our needs and made our trip extra special. I had booked the Cider Shed as a birthday surprise getaway for my partner and it was not a disappointment! If you are looking for a tranquil spot, full of nature, pure relaxation and are fond of bird watching, then this is your go to place. There is a beautiful blossom tree situated right outside the bedroom window with a couple of bird feeders hanging from it and we have never seen such a busy tree! Anything from house sparrows, Robins and blue tit's to nuthatches, greenfinch's, siskin's, chaffinch's, goldfinches and even woodpeckers! We also enjoyed the occasional visit from the family dog Figgy in the mornings! If you consider yourself a foodie, then look no further as the food offered with your stay is just amazing. Breakfast was delivered in a gorgeous wicker basket every morning with tonnes on offer. Every morning we had Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, homemade granola with honey and Cereals. We also had homemade croissants one morning, the yummiest scrambled eggs on toast on another and then a full English on our last morning. We would also suggest asking Martin for his homemade pasties and cider as they were to die for! We cannot fault our stay, it was simply delightful.

Nothing to dislike.

"Avoid It In Winter"

5.0

Location, very quiet.

Does not work in winter, having to go outside for the bathroom. Wooden doors sticking. No choice for breakfast, you get what you get!
