The cooked breakfast was excellent served by the very friendly owner. The location was great for visiting houses we were viewing. It is also very close to the sea and the town centre is a ten minute walk away.

"Cosy place - would stay again"

Sam the owner was very friendly. £10pp for cooked breakfast. Small fridge. Heater in bathroom.

Room was at the top, so had the sloped ceiling and lower water pressure. Tiny bathroom. Limited number of free power sockets.
